Poppy Bush Expresses Effusive, Non-Wimpy Pride in His Prodigal Son's #1 Smash Hit War

Appearing today at a leadership forum in Florida, Former President George H.W. Bush – ever the pillar of tough, manly fortitude – asserted his unswerving faith in the success and competence of his son. A great patriot and steadfast supporter of "family values", George Bush's post-presidency has been noteworthy not only for golf, but also for an unrivaled ability to expertly balance the sometimes conflicting instincts of a) a doting parent determined not to damage the eggshell-fragile ego of a beloved sexagenarian child and b) a President's sworn duty never to stand idly by while America spirals into a bottomless vortex of hopelessness and death.
